Job Description

We are looking for a local content creator to help us create and manage content across multiple active brands. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants real-world experience in content creation, branding, and social media marketing.

Our brands already have over 400,000 organic followers across platforms, so this is not a role where you are starting from zero. We need someone who can help us capture, create, and organize content that keeps that momentum moving and helps turn attention into leads and sales.

You will help support content across multiple brands, including:

• Kustom Grain
• Fine Finish Supply
• VOQS

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build experience, strengthen a resume, and work directly with real brands in automotive, coatings, retail, and tech.

What You’ll Do

• Capture photo and video content on-site
• Create content for social media across multiple brands
• Edit reels, short-form videos, stories, and simple promotional content
• Help write captions and organize posting ideas
• Repurpose older content into new content
• Spot content opportunities around products, projects, customers, behind-the-scenes moments, and events
• Help support content that drives brand growth, leads, and sales

What We’re Looking For

• Local to Humble, Houston, or surrounding areas
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, branding, or marketing
• Comfortable shooting content with a phone
• Basic editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Organized, dependable, creative, and able to move fast
• Comfortable around customers, products, events, and day-to-day business activity
• Interest in automotive, trucks, woodworking, coatings, or small business is a plus

Compensation

This is an internship-style role with performance-based compensation. We are open to a flexible structure for the right person, including:

• Part-time starter pay or stipend
• Performance bonuses
• Opportunity to grow into a larger paid role over time
• Hands-on experience working with brands that already have strong reach and audience engagement

Schedule

• Flexible part-time hours
• Some weekday availability preferred
• Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed for events or content capture
