Part-Time / Contract Attorney – Limited Scope Litigation & Collections

Remote (Utah Court Filings Required)
Pay: $35/hour | Flexible, Project-Based Work

We’re seeking a licensed Utah attorney for limited-scope legal work focused on civil litigation and collections. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys drafting, filing, and helping move cases through the system efficiently — without needing to carry full case responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and file pleadings for civil lawsuits and collections cases
• Prepare motions, responses, and court documents
• Handle Utah court e-filing (OCAP/Utah State Courts systems)
• Provide limited-scope legal assistance on a per-project basis
• Occasionally assist with process and strategy on procedural issues

What We’re Looking For

• Active Utah Bar license (required)
• Experience with collections and civil litigation
• Comfortable with limited scope representation / unbundled legal services
• Familiar with Utah court procedures and e-filing
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
