Part-time Custodian

**Job Title:** Custodian

**Job Overview:**

As a Custodian, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to custodial duties, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. There is no cleaning inside of units, only in the common areas such as the lobby, offices, gym, and restrooms.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform cleaning tasks to uphold cleanliness standards

- Clean and sanitize designated areas following established protocols

- Provide floor care services, including mopping, sweeping, and polishing

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Uphold custodial best practices to promote a healthy environment

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in cleaning and custodial work

- Ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently

- Experience in commercial cleaning practices is preferred

Pay: $15.75 - $16.00 per hour
