Part-Time Customer Service Representative

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: INW Moscow

Pay Range: $17.00

Full Time/Part Time: Part - Time

Reports to: CSR Supervisor

Department: Administrative

Status: Hourly

Goals: Provide outstanding customer service

Main Responsibilities

• Dispatch waste and recycling trucks
• Update truck and driver activity using the CORE software system to accurately reflect the movement of the trucks in order to identify issues with truck or divers making an on-time delivery
• Communicate with staff and customers regarding any service issues
• Generate and provide reports using CORE
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers
• Respond quickly and professionally to any community inquiries made by phone, email or in-person
• Assist in office administration activities such as billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and others
• Maintain updated office manuals pertaining to customer service
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Read, understand, follow, and enforce standard and safety procedures
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently
• Background check results satisfactory to Inland North Waste
• Negative drug test result(s)

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for at least 6 hours
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation
