Part-time Dallas or Austin/San Antonio Texas Criminal Law Attorney Needed - $150.00/hour

Requirements:

· Texas-licensed attorney in good standing with no disciplinary history in ANY state.

· Lead attorney position: must be a self-starter who can take lead role and run all aspects of their cases.

· Minimum of 3 years’ criminal law experience; strong knowledge of Texas criminal law procedures and court rules. Must have solid trial experience.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Must be very responsive and empathetic to clients.

· Detail-oriented with very strong organizational skills.

· Candidate located (resides) within reasonable travel distance of Dallas/Fort Worth or Austin/San Antonio, and is able to meet with clients in the respective area if needed.

Duties:

· The successful candidate will possess the skills and desire to run all aspects of their cases and handle a wide variety of criminal law matters for a diverse population of clients.

· No minimum billed-hours requirement.

· Must be able to work remotely.

· Knowledge of Clio legal software a plus.

· Additional practice areas may be available for additional billed hours if you have 3+ years of experience in family law, personal injury and/or immigration law.
