Part Time Daycare Teacher

Auntie Nikki’s Daycare is looking for a compassionate and self-motivated individual with a specific interest in child education. To be friendly, competent, and devoted to a nurturing and safe learning environment. A childcare teacher should encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children in our center. To teach and supervise children while also motivating children to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination.

As a Childcare Teacher, you will:

• Supervise children.
• Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean.
• Assist in activities designed to improve large and small motor skills.
• Assist play, reading, and quite activities which encourage social interaction.
• Provide care for young children such as changing diapers, feeding, and comforting.
• Willing to play with children at the children’s level. (i.e., at the tables, on the floor)
• Classroom and Restroom cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Pass Background Check
• 45-Hour Course
• CPR Adult and Pediatric Component and First Aid
