We’re a modern, privately owned, patient-centered dental practice serving a Fee-for-Service and PPO-only patient base no Medicaid or HMOs. Our mission is to provide high-quality care in a positive, professional, and supportive environment.

Our fully digital office features an in-house lab, CBCT, intraoral scanners, and paperless systems. You’ll have everything you need to deliver excellent dentistry efficiently and confidently. We’re seeking a friendly, motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team starting at 2 days per week, with the opportunity to add more days as our patient base continues to expand.

• Licensed General Dentist (DDS/DMD) in Florida

• Skilled in general procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.)

Schedule & Compensation

• Start at 2 days per week, with opportunity to add more days
• $600–$800 daily minimum (based on experience)
• 32–35% of collections, whichever is higher
• Bonus incentives for performance and patient satisfaction
