Part-Time Dispatcher

Description

Location: Court Services - 190 Governmental Center, 1st floor

Performs a variety of routine, repetitive tasks which require no particular prerequisite knowledge or skill, on a part-time basis (not to exceed 1400 hours in any twelve (12) month period). Tasks are accomplished in accordance with standard procedures and well established methods. A higher level lead worker or supervisory employee is available for instruction and guidance when unusual or unique situations are encountered.

Examples of Duties

Files various documents.

Operates office machinery, e.g. FAX, copier, postage machine, etc.

Answers incoming telephone calls.

Enters data into PC.

Acts as courier.

Qualifications

Performs other routine duties as required.

Current enrollment, or intent to enroll the next term, as a full or part-time student in an accredited secondary school, college, vocational school, or university.
