Position Overview

Nerve & Pain Institute is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician in Neurology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) to perform electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCS) on a part-time basis.

This position is designed for maximum flexibility with a minimal commitment of one day per month (two half-day sessions).

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret EMG/NCS studies
• Generate finalized electrodiagnostic reports
• Communicate findings with referring providers as needed
• No longitudinal patient care required

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology or PM&R
• Formal EMG training during residency or fellowship
• Active or eligible Oregon medical license

Schedule

• Minimum commitment: 1 day per month (two half days)
• Flexible weekday scheduling
• Opportunity to increase volume if desired
• No call, no weekends, no inpatient responsibilities

Compensation

• 1099 independent contractor
• Compensation based on a percentage of collections
• All staff, equipment, scheduling, and billing provided
