Part-Time Esthetician (Bilingual – Spanish Required, Front Desk Focus)

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys skincare and thrives in a client-facing, front desk environment. A significant portion of this position will involve front desk responsibilities, especially as you build your clientele.

Schedule (Approx. 14–15 hours/week):

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• (When working Saturdays, Friday shifts will be off)

Compensation:

• Starting at $22/hour
• Tips
• Bonus opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skincare services such as facials and treatments
• Support and manage front desk operations (this is a core part of the role)
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phones and texts
• Client check-in/check-out
• Retail recommendations and sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the space

Requirements:

• Valid Esthetician License
• Spanish-speaking (required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking between treatment room and front desk
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude

About the Role:
This position will start with a strong focus on front desk support, while gradually building your books as an esthetician. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and excited to grow into a larger role over time.
