Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive instruction on esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments.
• Develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and industry best practices.
• Demonstrate practical skills such as makeup application, hair styling, hair extensions, hair coloring, threading, and nail care to students.
• Guide students through hands-on practice sessions while providing constructive feedback to enhance their technical abilities.
• Incorporate specialized techniques like trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage into training modules.
• Assess student progress regularly through evaluations and practical demonstrations to ensure mastery of skills.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages learning, creativity, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with extensive hands-on experience in esthetic treatments.
• Proven classroom or training experience in adult education settings, preferably within cosmetology or esthetics programs.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and skin physiology to effectively teach treatment techniques.
• Skilled in a variety of Aesthetic services including facials, laser treatments, dermabrasion, and body waxing.
• Expertise in hair styling, coloring, extensions, threading, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with advanced aesthetic procedures such as eyelash extensions and aesthetic laser treatments.
• Ability to plan lessons effectively and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
