Part-Time Experienced Licensed Esthetician / Laser Specialist

White Pearl Aesthetic Clinic is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician / Laser Specialist to join our growing team. We are seeking someone experienced in advanced aesthetic treatments who is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin while delivering exceptional client care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including RF Microneedling, OPUS Plasma, Laser Hair Removal, and ADVATx laser treatments
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare products and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate client treatment notes and documentation
• Follow up with clients after treatments to ensure satisfaction and continued care
• Assist with checking in and checking out clients when needed
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout treatments
• Maintain proper sanitation, safety, and treatment protocols
• Support clinic growth through sales, client education, and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Experienced Licensed Esthetician / Laser Specialist
• Experience with RF Microneedling, OPUS Plasma, Laser Hair Removal, ADVATx laser, and other advanced aesthetic treatments
• Strong background in sales and marketing
• Strong knowledge of skincare and aesthetic procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to client retention
