Job Overview

As a Part time Coach at Absolute Gymnastics, you'll assist during session and deliver high-quality coaching sessions. You'll ensure adherence to the USA Gymnastics syllabus, manage equipment, and uphold safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and a dedication to coaching excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coaching Delivery:

Engage with the latest updates and methodologies outlined in the USA Gymnastics syllabus, integrating them seamlessly into our training programs for squad gymnasts. Your dedication to staying informed will ensure that our athletes receive top-notch coaching aligned with national standards, maximizing their potential and success in the sport.

2. Curriculum Implementation:

In your role as a Part time Gymnastics Coach at Absolute Gymnastics, staying abreast of the evolving USA Gymnastics syllabus is crucial. By incorporating the latest techniques and standards into our training regimen for squad gymnasts, you ensure their readiness and competitiveness on both national and international stages.

3. Equipment Management:

You'll oversee the seamless set-up and pack-away of equipment at venues, prioritizing safety, and efficiency. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures a safe and organized environment for gymnasts to train, optimizing their performance and minimizing risks.

4. Punctuality:

Your commitment to punctuality is paramount, ensuring the smooth running of coaching sessions and events. Your reliable presence sets a positive example for athletes, fostering discipline and maximizing training opportunities.

5. Safety and First Aid:

Rigorously uphold child safeguarding protocols, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all participants. Your quick and effective administration of first aid, when necessary, ensures a secure and supportive environment for athletes to thrive in.

13. Reporting: Part timeGymnastics Coach is responsible to report to Academy Manager– Infinite Sports LLC/ Absolute Sports LLC.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum British Gymnastics Level 2 or equivalent coaching qualification.

At least 3 years of coaching experience.

Valid driver's license.

Safeguarding certificate.

First aid qualification.

Police clearance check.

Skills and Certifications:

Working in a team

Ability to conduct productive gymnastics sessions and effectively improve children's abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

4 to 5 Hours across 6 days per week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED175.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 4 per week
