We are seeking a detail-oriented part-time File Clerk to join our Bridgeport, CT office. You'll play a vital role in supporting our legal team on diverse and complex civil litigation matters. This position offers an hourly rate of $16-$18 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cataloging, retrieving, and maintaining case-related files.
• Managing both electronic and hard copy filing systems.
• Closing case files.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

What Matters Most

• Eagerness to learn the legal field.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing file systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF software.
• Comfortable with tasks such as scanning, merging/separating PDFs, and naming conventions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
