The organization provides a comprehensive portfolio of curricular and extra-curricular sports programs run by a team of fully-qualified coaches throughout Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the UAE.

The Candidate:

We are looking for a Part-time Football Coach to run sessions to children of all ability levels from 2.5-16 years old

Job Responsibilities

• To complete the necessary planning and preparation prior to the session and liaise with other coaches/colleagues as needed.
• To provide positive, fun and safe coaching sessions.
• Responsible for the safeguarding and protection of all children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding child's progress.

Job Requirements

• Minimum UEFA B coaching qualification
• Proven experience as Football coach
• Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector
• Proven experience managing a team of people
• Experience working with students aged 3-16 years
• An enhanced CRB/DBS check
• Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate
• First Aid qualified
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• UAE Driving Licence
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Good interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and other members of staff
• Ability to understand the learning process and training principles
• Ability to motivate and assist children to develop new skills safely

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED200.00 - AED250.00 per hour
