The Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Fractional HR professional to support a local law firm in Dubai. This role provides flexible, part-time HR support to a growing legal team, offering the opportunity to manage a broad range of HR functions while maintaining a balanced schedule. The successful candidate will play a key role in the firm’s HR operations, providing generalist support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy compliance. This position is ideal for professionals seeking flexible hours, such as parents or individuals looking for part-time work, while contributing HR expertise in a legal environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage generalist HR duties, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. 2. Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters professionally and in line with company policies. 3. Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and best practices. 4. Ensure compliance with UAE employment law and other regulatory requirements. 5. Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to management and staff. 6. Assist with HR projects, reporting, and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and efficiency. 7. Maintain HR records and documentation accurately and confidentially. 8. Flexibility to support occasional urgent HR matters outside regular hours. Skills & Competencies: 1. Strong knowledge of UAE employment law and HR best practices. 2. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 3. Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR priorities effectively.

Requirements
1. Proven HR experience in the UAE, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. 2. Generalist HR experience covering recruitment, employee relations, policy management, and compliance. 3.
