Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator / Licensed Esthetician

We are a growing, luxury medical spa focused on results-driven skincare and exceptional client care. Our team is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through advanced aesthetic treatments and personalized service.

We are currently looking for a licensed esthetician who can also assist with front desk responsibilities. This role is perfect for someone who loves skincare, enjoys client interaction, and wants to grow within the aesthetics industry.

Schedule

• Tuesdays
• Fridays
• One Saturday per month
• Flexible time off available

Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties

• Warmly greet and check in clients
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phone calls, texts, and online inquiries
• Assist with client intake forms and chart updates
• Educate clients on treatments, memberships, and skincare products
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
• Support daily spa operations and team communication
• Process payments and assist with product sales

Esthetician Duties

• Perform professional skincare treatments when scheduled
• Conduct skincare consultations and recommend treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Support before-and-after photo documentation for treatments
• Build and maintain relationships with returning clients
• Bring your own clientele (preferred but not required)

Qualifications

• Active California Esthetician License
• Friendly, professional, and client-focused personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and client education
• Experience in a medical spa or dermatology office is a plus
• Comfortable with booking software and basic computer tasks
