Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team on Fridays 9-5 and Saturdays 9-1. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
- Maintain organized records through filing, data entry, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Assist with clerical duties including typing documents, updating databases, and supporting customer support efforts.
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to streamline daily operations.
- Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and positive customer interactions.
- Contribute to a well-organized office environment by managing supplies and maintaining cleanliness of the front desk area.

Qualifications
- Previous office experience or clerical experience is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse clients and visitors.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, proofreading, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks) is desirable.
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
