Part time Front Desk Receptionist

Microtel Inn and Suites of Tomah Wisconsin is currently looking to hire one dependable front desk clerk for the evenings shifts (3pm-11pm). The scheduled days would be Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every other Saturday and Sunday. 48 hours per bi weekly pay period

The job requires knowledge of computers (Windows 11) and office equipment. The ability to multitask and handle more than one job at a time is a must. Customer service training and computer system training is provided upon hire. Our hotel linen is a task that we share as a team during the slow days. Washing and folding daily to make sure we have clean linen available for housekeeping will be trained in addition to any other skills needed to run the property. SYNXIS PM experience welcomed. Other experience on PMS for hotels are also welcomed.

This shift is very important. The evenings are quite busy with checking in guests and making reservations. We make pizza for our guests. Basic food handling, and cleaning skills are needed. Down time is a chance to work on the cleaning around the lobby and desk area as well as the laundry room. This is not a desk job by any means and is productive for most of the shift.
