Conejo Valley Medspa is looking for a polished, motivated, and relationship-driven Part-Time Front Desk Sales Associate to join our boutique storefront medical spa.

We are a natural-results focused medspa specializing in advanced injectables, skin health, regenerative treatments, lasers, and personalized treatment planning. Our approach is never overdone or pushy — we believe in helping patients feel confident, educated, and supported whether they are looking for subtle instant results or a long-term skin journey.

This role is ideal for someone with medical spa or aesthetic industry experience who understands how to communicate treatment value, build trust, read the patient’s needs, and guide them toward the right options in a warm and professional way.

Responsibilities

The Front Desk Sales Associate will help with:

• Greeting patients and walk-ins with a warm, polished, boutique experience
• Answering phone calls, texts, emails, and patient messages promptly
• Scheduling consultations and treatment appointments
• Helping patients understand service options, specials, packages, and treatment plans
• Supporting both instant-result treatments and long-term skin health journeys
• Following up with leads, consultations, and existing patients
• Encouraging consultations and appointments without pressure
• Upselling treatments and packages in a natural, patient-centered way
• Reading the patient’s goals, comfort level, budget, and readiness
• Checking patients in and out
• Collecting payments and assisting with invoices
• Data entry, chart updates, and general administrative support
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, beautiful front desk and reception area

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in a medical spa, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness setting
• Strong in sales while still being warm, ethical, and non-pushy
• Passionate about natural, refined, not-overdone results
• Able to educate patients on skin health, treatment options, and treatment plans
• Comfortable discussing packages, memberships, specials, and upgrades
• Excellent at communication, follow-up, and patient relationships
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Professional in appearance, tone, and demeanor
• Confident, positive, and motivated by helping the practice grow
• Able to create excitement around treatments while keeping patients feeling safe and informed
• Skilled at reading different patient personalities and tailoring communication accordingly

Requirements

• Medical spa or aesthetics experience preferred
• Sales experience strongly preferred
• Front desk, reception, or patient coordinator experience required
• Comfortable using scheduling systems, computers, and basic data entry
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and professional
• Must be comfortable encouraging consultations and treatment bookings
• Must value patient education, trust, and long-term relationships

Compensation & Bonus Opportunities

This is a part-time position with hourly pay, based on experience.

Conejo Valley Medspa offers patient-centered bonus opportunities for team members who help guide patients through the consultation and booking process in a thoughtful, ethical, and non-pushy way.

Bonuses may be available for:

• New consultations brought in from phone calls, walk-ins, messages, social media inquiries, or referrals
• New patients who move forward with treatment after consultation
• Existing patients who book recommended treatments after meaningful follow-up and support
• Eligible treatment packages or skin journey plans where the team member helped educate, guide, or schedule the patient

This is not a high-pressure sales role. We reward clear communication, thoughtful follow-up, patient education, and helping patients feel confident choosing the right treatment plan for their goals.
