Part-Time - Full-Time Newborn Nanny

Twinkle Toes has been connecting families and nannies in the South Charlotte area since 2022. We are urgently hiring for multiple part-time newborn positions that are available to start in April of 2026. An ideal candidate would be someone who has 3 or more years of newborn experience, is reliable, and has knowledge of safe sleep practices, bottle feeding, and newborn milestones. A valid driver's license and own reliable transportation are required. The candidate will be asked to provide infant references.

Light housekeeping, such as sanitizing bottles and the baby's laundry, is also expected.

$20 - $25 hourly

• Newborn feeding (breast, bottle, paced feeding)
• Diapering, bathing, swaddling, soothing
• Establishing sleep routines (age-appropriate, not sleep training)
• Sterilizing bottles and maintaining infant hygiene
• Tracking feeding, sleep, and developmental milestones
• Communicating with families about the child's daily activities
• Helping enhance fine and gross motor skills

• Candidate must have three years of childcare experience
• CPR/First Aid certified OR willing to get certified
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Must be able to provide professional references
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation

Our job is to create a safe, respectful space between families and child givers to provide the best childcare services. Nannies will have access to our portal with job openings, 24-hour owner support, and backup services.
