We are seeking a part-time Google Ads Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for a digital marketing pro with at least 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably in an agency setting, who excels at managing client relationships and delivering measurable results. Automotive experience is a plus. This is an in-house position, not a remote or hybrid opportunity.

You will collaborate with clients in a variety of industries, including automotive, medical spas, home services, commercial real estate, and retail. Versatility and the ability to adapt strategies across sectors are key.

As a client-facing specialist, you will present results, manage expectations, and proactively optimize campaign performance. Effective communication skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of niche-specific success are essential.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts. You will support clients in home services, medical spas, commercial real estate, retail, automotive, and other industries. You will work closely with our internal team to align campaign strategy with client goals and execute performance-driven digital advertising solutions that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and implement A/B testing
  • Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Ads
  • Create and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Serve as point of contact for clients to present results, manage expectations, and provide proactive campaign guidance
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure cohesive strategy and execution
  • Stay current on Google Ads platform changes and industry trends
  • Contribute to campaign strategy development and audience targeting across multiple industries (automotive, medical spas, home services, commercial real estate, retail, etc.)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Google Ads management experience (automotive/dealership experience required)
  • Proven track record running successful campaigns for automotive clients including dynamic inventory ads, geo-targeting, and lead generation
  • Google Ads Certification in Search and/or Display
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and shifting priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be confident in client-facing conversations and presentations

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Meta Ads or other paid platforms
  • Familiarity with automotive platforms like Dealer.com, VinSolutions, or Reynolds & Reynolds
  • Working knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and CRO best practices

Job Type: Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
