Part-Time Handwritten Card Writer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with beautiful handwriting to join our team as a Part-Time Handwritten Card Writer.

You will be responsible for writing personalized welcome cards that go inside our students’ course packages — a special touch that represents our care and connection with every learner.

We’re looking for someone who can write neatly, quickly, and consistently, as we prepare a large number of packages every week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write personalized handwritten welcome cards for students in Arabic and occasionally in English.
• Maintain high-quality handwriting and a warm, consistent tone across all cards.
• Work efficiently to handle large volumes of cards within daily deadlines.
• Coordinate with the packaging and operations team to ensure timely delivery of cards.
• Ensure accuracy of names and messages written on each card.
• Keep the writing area organized and maintain the confidentiality of student details.

Requirements:

Excellent and neat handwriting in Arabic (English is a plus).

• Ability to write quickly and consistently while maintaining quality.
• Availability during morning hours (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Positive attitude and creativity in writing short, motivational messages.
• Previous experience in similar manual or creative work is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: AED 2,000
• Type: Part-time / On-site (Ajman Free Zone)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
