Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Preparing payroll, including PTO management and tracking and hand-off to AP.

Assisting all managers/leaders with tracking digital punch-in and punch-outs for our staff and monitoring Overtime and irregularities.

Assisting with tracking department benefits and expenses.

Planning and preparing team building events for team in the Philippines.

Assisting the CEO with sensitive matters.

Handling employee relations.
Training and Onboarding remote staff.
Work schedule: 10AM to 2PM US Eastern time
