Part Time HR Assistant (Remote)

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Preparing payroll, including PTO management and tracking and hand-off to AP.
  • Assisting all managers/leaders with tracking digital punch-in and punch-outs for our staff and monitoring Overtime and irregularities.
  • Assisting with tracking department benefits and expenses.
  • Planning and preparing team building events for team in the Philippines.
  • Assisting the CEO with sensitive matters.
  • Handling employee relations.
  • Training and Onboarding remote staff.

Work schedule: 10AM to 2PM US Eastern time
