Part-Time HR Recruiter

U.S. Servico, Inc., is looking for energetic, and driven individuals to join our team! This position is on-site Monday - Friday for 4 hours each day. Pay rate is $18.00/hr.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
• Conduct and set-up candidate phone screens, phone interviews and on-site interviews for all departments
• Complete background checks
• Negotiating compensation packages and extending job offers to selected candidates
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager

Requirements of this position include:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of: Principles and practices of HR management and compliance
• Successful previous experience in the on-boarding process, job boards and HR compliance
