We’re looking for a versatile, engaging team member to join us in a hybrid Barista + Play Attendant role . This position blends hospitality, beverage craftsmanship, and hands-on guest experience. You’ll primarily operate as a Barista on weekends and a Play Attendant on weekdays , supporting both sides of the business.

Role Structure

• Weekends: Barista (café operations, beverage execution, guest service)
• Weekdays: Play Attendant (floor supervision, cleaning, guest support)
• Availability Requirements:
• Must be able to work 1–2 weekday opening shifts (10:00 AM start)
• Must have flexibility to be called in during weekdays based on business needs
  
  
  

What You’ll Do

As a Barista (Weekends):

• Craft high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and precision
• Deliver a premium customer experience—engage warmly and build relationships with guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café environment
• Support register transactions, food prep, and opening/closing procedures
• Uphold quality standards across all beverages and menu items
  
  
  

As a Play Attendant (Weekdays):

• Oversee the play floor to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Proactively clean and reset play areas, seating areas, and shared spaces
• Support opening procedures for the facility (10 AM shifts)
• Engage with families, answer questions, and ensure a positive guest experience
• Assist with daily operational needs and step in where needed
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, café, or customer-facing roles
• Strong customer service mindset with an engaging, friendly personality
• Ability to multitask across café and floor operations
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with opening shifts and variable scheduling
• Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
• Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs
  
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Specialty coffee or barista experience (espresso, latte art, etc.)
• Experience working with children or in family-focused environments
• Knowledge of specialty beverages, alternative milks, or wellness drinks
