ABOUT US

J’s Creamery is a fast-moving, fun dessert brand looking to ramp up creative output. We’re hiring a reliable, motivated content creator with strong photo/video editing skills. If you thrive in a structured, output-driven environment and want to build your portfolio while helping a growing brand, this role is for you.

PAY

$15–$20/hour · 15–25 hours per week
Paid internship with potential to grow into a permanent position

HOURS

Flexible weekday scheduling (on-site required)

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

• Camera gear recommended (not required)
• Laptop recommended
• On-site gear provided

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shoot and edit high-quality videos and photos for featured dessert drops, brand content, and seasonal campaigns.
• Produce 3 featured content pieces per week (videos or banners — with and without text).
• Produce 2 additional brand/dessert promo pieces per week (TikTok/Reels, product photos, etc.).
• Deliver all content by end of the week via Airdrop or Google Drive.
• Attend weekly content schedule planning meetings.
• Maintain fast, efficient workflows; use AI/automation tools when appropriate.
• Collaborate with leadership to capture the J’s Creamery brand consistently.

REQUIREMENTS: Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of camera functions:

Aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, exposure, and composition.

• Solid photo/video editing skills (portfolio required).
• Basic knowledge of:
• Photoshop or Affinity
• Google Drive
• Canva

Work Ethic & Creative Ability

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured weekly deliverables.
• Self-motivated with strong personal accountability.
• Able to think creatively and independently.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Reels, and social media trends.
