Job Title: Interior Designer Consultant (Part Time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer Consultant to work with us on a retainer basis. The consultant will provide design expertise, concept development, and space planning guidance for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring all designs align with our brand standards, functionality, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interior design consultation and creative direction for residential, commercial, or healthcare projects.
• Develop mood boards, design concepts, and material selections.
• Review layouts, drawings, and finishes to ensure design consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors throughout the design and implementation process.
• Advise on furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design execution and resolve design-related issues.
• Prepare design presentations and recommendations for management and clients.
• Maintain awareness of current trends, materials, and best practices in interior design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably with experience in commercial or healthcare projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design ability.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently under a retainer arrangement.
