Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to promote outpatient behavioral health services.
  • Support the development of engaging content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Help optimize website content using SEO best practices and manage updates on WordPress-based sites.
  • Contribute to managing advertising campaigns through Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising platforms to maximize outreach efforts.
  • Support efforts in marketing automation by assisting with email marketing campaigns and performance tracking using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with team members on multichannel marketing initiatives that include print advertising, digital ads, and community outreach events.

Skills

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and techniques for improving online visibility.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing engagement.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels including email marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Experience or interest in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content.
  • Ability to work with WordPress platforms and basic HTML coding for website updates.
  • Strong research skills to gather insights on market trends and audience preferences.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for developing compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with advertising sales or managing ad campaigns on Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising is a plus.
  • Understanding of B2B (business-to-business) marketing concepts relevant to healthcare services.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Basic knowledge of print advertising processes and budgeting considerations for promotional materials.
