The Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Specialist to support our finance team. This part-time role offers hands-on experience with real-world accounting processes and systems, making it an excellent opportunity for growth. You’ll work with a collaborative team while developing skills that can advance your career in finance.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and issue accurate client invoices on schedule
• Verify billing data (purchase orders, expenses, contracts)
• Maintain electronic and paper records of invoices and payments
• Update accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Respond to client inquiries about invoices and payments
• Assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting
• Support the team with administrative and data-entry tasks
• Participate in cross-training and ad-hoc accounting projects

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in accounting/finance preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoice processing
• Experience with spreadsheets and office software (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Prior bookkeeping or invoicing experience is a bonus

Pay:
$24–$28/hour DOE (depending on experience and skills)

Monday – Wednesday in Los Angeles office; Thursday and Friday remote.
