Are you handy, reliable, and looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can make a difference? Mineral Springs, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with on call rotation
• Assist with general facility maintenance, including basic repairs, painting, and upkeep
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Perform routine inspections and respond to work orders in a timely manner
• Support the Maintenance Director with special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to use basic tools and perform light repairs
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions
• Willingness to work in a healthcare setting and interact respectfully with residents
