Job Description: Part-Time Maintenance Property Manager

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Maintenance Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our commercial building & property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating repairs, conducting regular property inspections, managing vendor relationships, and addressing maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Schedule: Part-time, morning, flexible hours
• Location: On-site and remote as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with appropriate vendors or contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses.
• Oversee landscaping, cleaning, and general upkeep of common areas.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with property owners and service providers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or maintenance required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
