Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking, with a focus on multichannel marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and reach our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, and print advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Manage SEO efforts to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
  • Create engaging social media posts 2-5 times per week.
  • Implement marketing automation processes to streamline campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and marketing messages.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for website management and content updates.
  • Basic understanding of HTML for email design and web content optimization.
  • Excellent research skills to gather insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong copywriting abilities for crafting compelling messages across various platforms.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other online advertising tools.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and performance metrics.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
