PART-TIME MARKETING & SALES SUPPORT Wholesale Flooring Business

We are a growing wholesale flooring and building supply business looking for a creative, organized, and dependable person to help support our continued growth.

This is a part-time, in-person position (10–20 hours per week) working directly with our team. Our customers are primarily flooring installers, house flippers, contractors, landlords, and other professional trades.

What You’ll Help With:

• Creating marketing materials and promotional ideas
• Organizing flooring samples and displays
• Managing marketing swag and customer handouts
• Posting inventory and promotions online (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.)
• Customer outreach and follow-up
• Helping keep marketing and sales efforts organized and moving forward
• Assisting with creative ideas to continue growing the business

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Creative and self-motivated
• Organized and punctual
• Comfortable communicating with customers
• Good with phones, social media, and online posting
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Interested in marketing, sales, design, home improvement, or small business growth

Marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
We care more about attitude, work ethic, creativity, and reliability.
