Position Overview

Bhanzu Learning Center is looking for enthusiastic and engaging Math & English Instructors to work with students from Kindergarten through Grade 10 in a small-group learning environment. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy interactive teaching, building student confidence, and making learning both effective and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy Math and English lessons to small groups of students (up to 10 students per class)
• Teach foundational and advanced concepts in:
• Mathematics, including logical reasoning, problem-solving, and mental math strategies
• English, including reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills
• Utilize Bhanzu's structured curriculum, digital lesson plans, and classroom tools
• Foster a positive, supportive, and interactive learning environment
• Track student progress and learning outcomes
• Provide regular feedback to parents and internal academic teams
• Encourage student participation, confidence, and independent thinking
• Maintain classroom organization and ensure consistent attendance and engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience in Math, English, or both
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Teaching certification is a plus
