Part-Time Medical Doctor – Clinical Report Reviewer (Remote)

Role Overview

Harley Mind Care is a UK-based mental health clinic seeking a qualified medical doctor to work remotely from Pakistan to review and proofread clinical reports produced by UK doctors.

This is a non-clinical, non-patient-facing role, focused purely on quality assurance, medical accuracy, and clarity of written reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and proofread medical and clinical reports prepared by UK doctors
• Ensure reports are:
• Medically accurate
• Clearly written
• Well-structured and professional
• Check for:
• Logical flow and consistency
• Appropriate medical terminology
• Spelling, grammar, and clarity
• Flag any inconsistencies or unclear clinical statements for correction
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Medical Doctor (MBBS or equivalent)
• Strong medical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent written English
• Ability to work independently and meet daily review targets
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating online

Desirable (Not Mandatory)

• Experience or exposure to mental health, psychology, or behavioural health
• Experience reviewing medical reports, discharge summaries, or clinical documentation
• Familiarity with UK-style medical reports or documentation standards

Note:

UK GMC registration is NOT required
Psychiatry specialisation is NOT required
No direct patient contact
No diagnosis or treatment decisions.
