What Drives Winning is seeking a Part-Time Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to help elevate our digital content across social media, video platforms, and educational media.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys combining motion graphics, graphic design, and video editing to tell compelling stories. Responsibilities

• Design motion graphics and animated content using Adobe After Effects or similar tools
• Edit short-form and long-form video using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Create social media graphics and video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Develop visual assets, title animations, lower thirds, and graphics packages for video content
• Collaborate with the team to transform leadership and sports performance concepts into engaging visual content
• Help maintain and evolve a consistent brand visual identity
• Format and export media for social media distribution and digital publishing.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe After Effects (motion graphics and animation)
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles
• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
