About the Role

Pb+J Collective is actively building our roster of dependable, experienced part-time nannies for several families currently seeking care. Each position is unique, offering varying schedules and household dynamics. This is an excellent opportunity for professional caregivers who appreciate flexible hours while working with thoughtfully matched families.

Many of our current openings involve children in the infant and toddler stages. We are prioritizing candidates who are confident in early childhood care and who provide attentive, developmentally appropriate support.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• A nurturing, patient, and engaging caregiving approach
• Strong communication skills and professional reliability
• Flexibility to adjust to different family routines and expectations
