We specialize in consistent, part-time weekly placements (4–20 hours per week)—not one-time babysitting—making this ideal for those seeking steady, meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, engaging care for children
• Support daily routines (meals, playtime, bedtime)
• Foster a positive, values-centered environment
• Communicate clearly with families

Schedule

• 4–20 hours per week
• Flexible based on your availability
• Weekday afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends
• Ongoing placements

Qualifications

• Reliable and responsible
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a values-driven / faith-oriented environment
• Prior childcare experience preferred
