Part-Time Nanny for Two Kids in Novi (JL 145)

Description: A family in Novi is seeking a part time nanny to care for their two toddler boys: ages 3 & 2 years old. The family is looking for an emotionally mature, engaging nanny who can keep the children busy with activities and outings on Sundays and help with the evening routine on Wednesdays. Additional hours when their full time nanny is off for illness or taking PTO are available to candidates who are interested. The family has no pets and the parents will be home when the nanny is there but would prefer to be separate and let the nanny take charge during her work hours.

Schedule:

• Sunday
• 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Wednesday
• 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm
• Additional hours If their FT nanny is off or additional evening hours with advanced notice offered on occasion, this is not required though.
• Guaranteed 12 hours per week

Location: Novi, MI

Requirements:

• 3+ years of childcare experience
• Up to date on their vaccinations
• Punctual and comfortable with parents being home
• Own vehicle for work-related driving
• Energetic and easy going while also able to hold boundaries and be firm when needed

Duties:

• Basic childcare duties
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of both children
• Taking the children on outings and to activities (e.g., park, story time, on walks)
• Assisting with general upkeep of areas children and nanny use during the day

Pay: $28-30/hour, guaranteed 12 hours per week, PTO, sick leave, mileage reimbursement

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
