Part Time Nanny & Household Manager in Mansfield, TX

A caring and loving mother, senior executive, and business owner in Mansfield is seeking a high level, proactive Executive Assistant and Household Manager. This individual will act as the "command center" for both a busy household and thriving entrepreneurial ventures.

This is a long term opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured household and takes genuine pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. The role is equal parts household management, executive support, and family assistance.

The right candidate is a forward thinker who anticipates needs before they arise, communicates proactively, and shows up with a calm, warm, faith filled, and professional presence. This role is focused on the afternoon and early evening hours, helping the family move through the week with ease and intention.

Household Management

The principal oversees a dynamic household and is seeking support to ensure everything remains well run and well maintained. The assistant will help prepare the household for the week ahead and build an efficient home environment that reflects the family's standards and values.

  • Home Logistics & Organization: The assistant will proactively unpack and organize all household deliveries, including groceries, supplies, and home goods.
  • Returns Management: The assistant will take full responsibility for managing all household and Amazon returns, ensuring they are processed and dropped off in a timely manner.
  • Comprehensive Household Errands: The assistant will complete all errands on the principal's behalf, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other specialty pickups.
  • Vendor Coordination: The assistant will coordinate with household vendors, service providers, and contractors as needed.

Executive & Personal Assistant Support

The principal maintains a busy professional schedule across multiple business ventures and requires a highly organized assistant to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Calendar & Communications: The assistant will manage the principal's calendars, respond to calls and emails on her behalf as directed, and keep the schedule one step ahead at all times.
  • Administrative Support: The assistant will handle correspondence, daily business needs, and executive administrative tasks in support of the principal's primary role and additional brands.
  • Secondary Business Support: The assistant will maintain the website and manage Poshmark interactions for the principal's vintage and resale clothing business.
  • Content & Travel Support: The assistant will support filming days, assist with content related tasks, and help with travel preparation and packing logistics.

Family & Childcare Support

The principal has one daughter who requires warm, attentive support during afternoon and early evening hours. The assistant will maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured environment during their time in the home.

  • School Pickup: The assistant will handle school pickup on Tuesdays and Thursdays and escort her to activities, appointments, and engagements as needed.
  • Homework Help & Dinner: The assistant will assist with homework and ensure she has dinner during the afternoon hours.
  • Light Childcare: The assistant will provide attentive, nurturing childcare support throughout the early evening hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
