Part-Time Nanny (Morning & After-School) – Special Needs Experience Preferred | Mansfield, TX

Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and nurturing nanny to join a loving Dallas-transplant family to care for two children (ages 7 and 4) in Mansfield, TX. This role is ideal for a caregiver with a background in special needs care who thrives in a structured, supportive environment.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00–8:00 AM (Assisting w/getting kids up, breakfast and to school.)
• 2:30–4:00 PM (Assisting w/getting kids from school and the bus stop to occupational therapy with mom.)

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with morning routines (dressing, breakfast, school readiness)
• School drop-off and pick-up
• Transport to home and/or activities
• Provide attentive, structured care for children on the autism spectrum (both verbal)

Additional Details:

• Occasional date nights available
• Potential for increased hours during school breaks (Including this summer!)

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional childcare or nanny experience (agency or private family)
• CPR/First Aid certified (not we required, we'll help get you certified)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must pass a background check and reference verification
• Experience with autism or special needs strongly preferred
• Patient, dependable, and nurturing
• Comfortable with routines and transitions
