Part-Time Night Audit

Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Audit Friday and Saturdays, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, provide exceptional guest services, and maintain the highest standards of hotel management. You will be the first point of contact during the night shift, handling guest inquiries, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the safety and security of our property. Duties

• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions and reports
• Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
• Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols, and ensuring guest safety
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review
• Assist with guest relations by resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Experience in front desk duties, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest relations
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel security protocols
• Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and guest interactions
