Part Time Nurse Practitioner

Position: Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Location: Santa Fe Springs and Santa Ana, CA

Compensation: $50-$75

Schedule: 3-4 hour shifts, a few times a week. The NP can provide availability in advance, though we aim to establish regular half-day shifts.

Overview: ARCpoint Labs is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Santa Fe Springs and Santa Ana. In this role, you’ll conduct DOT and non-DOT physicals, TB skin tests, and assist with blood draws and drug test collections as needed. This position requires a professional who thrives in a flexible, client-focused environment, committed to high standards of honesty and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations, including DOT and non-DOT physicals.
• Practice safely and effectively under standardized procedures established in collaboration with our Medical Director.
• Perform TB skin tests accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with blood draws (phlebotomy) and drug test collections during non-busy periods.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding testing procedures and results.
• Provide on-site testing support as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license and Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN).
• FMCSA National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) certification (Required to perform DOT physicals).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification.
• Experience with physical examinations, phlebotomy, and laboratory procedures preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly, adapting to changing schedules.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
