Part Time Office Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part Time Office Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events using our custom SaaS Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and handle document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Support office management activities such as supply ordering, filing, and maintaining cleanliness of shared spaces
  • Provide general administrative assistance including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Strong phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional manner
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, including data entry, proofreading, and document formatting
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a busy environment
