Part time office assistant/ Marketing

Duties

• Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette.
• Manage phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously.
• Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, maintaining organized files and records.
• Assist with office management duties such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by updating social media platforms, creating promotional materials, and supporting email campaigns.
• Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for team meetings or marketing events to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

• Previous office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry accuracy.
• Customer service experience emphasizing professionalism and effective communication skills in person and over the phone.
