Tuesday & Thursday: 1:00PM – 5:00PM

About the Client
We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support a female client in the Sisters area. She has Parkinson’s disease and is a fall risk, so safety and mobility support are very important.

She benefits from consistent encouragement, structured support, and patient companionship. Occasional hallucinations may occur, though they are not frequent. We are looking for someone calm, reassuring, and attentive.

Care Needs

• Ambulation assistance (encourage walker use at all times)
• Use of gait belt for transfers and mobility
• Bathing assistance
• Dressing and nail care assistance
• Companionship and encouragement with light exercises
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and errands

Pay
Up to $22.50/hour, based on experience

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Comfortable supporting individuals with Parkinson’s and fall risk
• Experience with gait belts and mobility assistance preferred
• Calm and reassuring demeanor
• Must live in or be able to commute to Sisters, OR

Caregiver Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
• Pass criminal and motor vehicle background check
• Smartphone for charting and time entry
• Ability to assist with mobility and light physical tasks
