The Part-Time Maintenance Inspector will manage assigned vendors and work orders, assist with sourcing and onboarding vendors to complete work orders, manage all work orders assigned and customer relations, dispatch to affiliates within network, perform weekly site inspections with Vendors and Maintenance Directors, create unit turn reports for customers based on quests, submit weekly service reports to CEO, and aid in quality control inspections. Ideal candidate must have experience managing preventive maintenance work orders and have handyman experience. Must be available to oversee all "After Hour" service calls as well.

This is a 1099 Contractor Position. Candidate will receive a NTE contract in which compensation is between $1,500-$2,000 per month or 30 inspections per month totaling $1,500-$2,000. Vendor onboarding bonus to support unit turns. On-Call and available Monday-Friday to answer customer questions, service updates, and dispatching techs. Must be available on-call for onsite emergency services as well.
Pay will be based on experience. Monday-Friday when needed and "on-call" after hours $25-30 per hour. must be available to respond to customers via email/smart phone if needed for emergencies.
