Part- Time Operations & Administrative Coordinator

Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Part-Time Operations & Administrative Coordinator for a mission-driven organization based in San Francisco, CA. This is a hybrid role with one day onsite per week and remote flexibility. This is a part-time contract opportunity (20 hours/week to start, with potential to increase up to 30 hours/week) with an initial duration of 2–4 weeks and the possibility of extension.


POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Part-Time Operations & Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations, administrative functions, and cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This position works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows, efficient systems, and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support day-to-day office operations, including supply management, event coordination, travel logistics, and employee support
  • Manage contract administration processes using systems such as Salesforce and DocuSign, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist with internal and external communications, including webinar coordination, email distribution, and website updates
  • Maintain and support operational systems, including task management tools and internal databases
  • Provide basic IT and equipment support, including inventory tracking, onboarding setup, and troubleshooting coordination
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support team initiatives, process improvements, and organizational projects


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting office operations, administration, or coordination in a professional environment
  • Proficiency with Macs, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Zoom
  • Experience using Salesforce and DocuSign
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools


ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with Asana and WordPress
