Part Time Operations Coordinator (Front Office & Customer Support)

Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated team member to help run our front office and support daily operations.

This is a hands-on, growth role — you’ll start with core responsibilities and expand as you learn. You’ll play a key part in keeping orders organized, customers informed, and the business running smoothly.

We want someone hungry, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a key position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers and manage front counter
  • Receive and process incoming orders
  • Answer calls and provide order updates
  • Support AR/AP and collections follow-ups
  • Enter orders and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with light sales support (quotes, follow-ups)
  • Help manage and post items on eBay
  • Coordinate with shop team on order status
  • Step in to support the shop when needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Comfortable handling invoices, payments, and collections
  • Tech-comfortable (email, data entry, basic systems)
  • Problem-solver with a “figure it out” mindset
  • Team player — willing to help wherever needed

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience in admin, customer service, or office support
  • QuickBooks or similar experience

Monday–Friday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
